In light of worsening credit conditions so far this year, S&P Global Ratings is revising its 2022 forecast published in February for global issuance of green, social, sustainability, and sustainability-linked bonds. This research draws on Environmental Finance’s Bond Database of global GSSSB issuance but excludes structured finances issuances as well as S&P Global Ratings’ forecast for total bond issuance that excludes sovereign issuance.
